In Chai’s class, she will guide you to relax your brain, relieve anxiety, tension and insomnia by slowing down for a weekend, so that we can be physically and mentally healthy in a natural way and gradually find our own quiet power.

18 hrs Workshop - Himalayan Singing Bowls Calming and Meditative Experience
Class introduction
Relaxation in our city life is not about watching TV, swiping mobile phones, or shopping. First of all, you should have a space to be alone, put down all electronic products, and learn to calm down.
In the two-and-a-half days of Himalayan singing bowls experience, you can find your own quiet space, embrace it, balance it, go through it. And then, in deep silence, you will awaken your unique quiet power within you and come to the peaceful place in the city.
